Who can become an organizer?
Clubs and organizers who run padel competitions. Access is by invitation: send a request and the MONSTR team will get in touch.
Do my players need anything?
Only the MONSTR app. It runs in the browser on any phone or computer, so there is nothing to install.
Do I need organizer access for Americano nights?
No. Any player can host an Americano or Mexicano from the app. Organizer access is for tournaments and leagues.
How are entry fees collected?
Online, in the app. Each player pays their own share, and screened tournaments take payment only after an application is accepted.
Can my staff have different permissions?
Yes. Owners and admins manage everything, organizers run competitions, and scorekeepers and viewers get read-only access.
